What is the shelf life of your cookies and snacks?
Most of our products have a shelf life of approximately 12 months from the date of manufacture. You can find the specific 'Best By' date printed on each individual wrapper.
Are Lenny & Larry's products vegan?
Yes! Our Complete Cookie line and many of our other snacks are 100% vegan, meaning they contain no dairy, eggs, or animal-derived ingredients.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the continental United States. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only ship directly to customers within the United States. However, our products are available through various international distributors and retailers worldwide.
What is your return policy for food items?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact our customer service team within 14 days for a replacement or refund.
